These Terms govern use of ELUNVI, a wellness and family-communication app. By using ELUNVI, you agree to use the service lawfully and for its intended purposes.

Wellness Tool — Not Medical Care

ELUNVI does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, clinical assessment, or emergency services. ELUNVI is not continuously monitored for emergencies.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or access another person's account without authorization.

Teen and Caregiver Features

ELUNVI may allow authorized teen and parent/caregiver accounts to be linked. Certain information may be intentionally shared between connected accounts as part of ELUNVI's communication features.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse ELUNVI, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate another person's rights, or use another person's account without authorization.

Service Availability

ELUNVI may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Privacy

Use of ELUNVI is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
