Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

ELUNVI is a teen and family wellness communication app designed to help teens check in, express what they need, and stay connected with a parent or caregiver. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information ELUNVI may collect, how that information is used and shared, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use ELUNVI, information associated with your account may include:

How We Use Information

We use information to provide ELUNVI's features; authenticate and secure accounts; connect authorized teen and parent/caregiver accounts; display information intentionally shared through the app; provide check-in history, trends, support requests, and user-created support tools; troubleshoot problems; maintain the security and reliability of the service; and respond to support requests.

Teen and Parent/Caregiver Accounts

ELUNVI is designed with separate teen and parent/caregiver experiences. A connected parent or caregiver may receive or view information that the app is designed to share with that connected account, including support requests and shared check-in information. ELUNVI is not intended to operate as secret surveillance of a teen.

Service Providers

ELUNVI may use third-party service providers to provide infrastructure such as authentication, database storage, hosting, security, and related technical services. These providers may process information on ELUNVI's behalf as necessary to provide their services. ELUNVI currently uses Supabase for backend services including authentication and database functionality.

Sale and Advertising

ELUNVI does not sell personal information. ELUNVI does not use teen wellness check-in information or support requests for targeted advertising.

Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ELUNVI, maintain account functionality, protect the service, comply with applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. When an account deletion request is completed, associated information will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate, except where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of an ELUNVI account and associated account data. Instructions are available on our Account & Data Deletion page. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Never send your password to ELUNVI Support.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children and Teens

ELUNVI is designed for teen and family use. Age, parental-consent, and account requirements may vary depending on the user's location and the version of the service offered. Parents and caregivers should review ELUNVI's features and privacy practices when deciding whether the app is appropriate for their family.

Wellness and Safety Information

ELUNVI is a wellness and communication tool. It is not an emergency service, does not provide continuous monitoring, and does not replace professional mental health care, clinical assessment, or emergency services. Information entered into ELUNVI should not be relied upon as a substitute for immediate help in an emergency.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact ELUNVI Support with questions about your information or to request appropriate access, correction, or deletion. Some requests may require identity or account verification.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ELUNVI changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
